Every great wedding has a behind-the-scenes hero—and for us, that’s Jose. As our hands-on assistant and go-to support for all things setup, Jose brings strength, reliability, and heart to every celebration we’re a part of. Whether he’s lifting, building, or triple-checking that floral garland is perfectly covering the entire length of the head table, Jose works with quiet confidence to make sure everything runs seamlessly.

But more than his muscle and keen eye, it’s his mindset that makes him special. Jose shows up with a calm energy, ready to handle whatever the day brings. He’s the kind of person who anticipates needs before you even have to ask—like moving furniture without scuffing the floors or troubleshooting décor placement in real-time. Couples may not always see him in the spotlight, but they definitely feel his presence in how smooth and beautiful everything turns out.
